About Margaret Reynolds
Senator for Queensland from 1982-1999.
From 1999, Adjunct Professor at Queensland and Tasmania, universities, chaired the Commonwealth Human Rights International Advisory Commission 1999–2005, President of the United Nations Association of Australia 2000–2005, State Manager, and National Disability Services Tasmania 2004 to 2012. Always interested in status of women, citizenship, education, Margaret organised youth parliaments in Queensland and Tasmania.
